The entire hotel was fairly clean and the room was air conditioned and brand-new. Appreciated our rooms with four single beds instead of a double. The staff were very very helpful during our stay. Our stay was perfectly pleasant here.

The suite I booked online had four single beds instead of a double. the room was equipped with a fan, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. I enjoyed my two-day stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Excellent location in London, just a short walk to tube stations, main sights, city center, and trains. Hotel built in a royal style, fairly clean. - Just a 5-minute drive from Buckingham Palace.

Everything was great, we had very nice 2 days here. The room was normal double and air-conditioned, with four single beds, fan, bathroom, slept really well. The train station was minutes away from place.

Good location for the price (main reason for booking) Don't expect super luxury for a low price - you get what you pay for. Rooms on the top (5th) floor are smaller than the levels below.

Stayed in a family queen room with a super comfy bed - there was even an iron, ironing board, and coffee/tea setup, perfect for avoiding those pesky wrinkles and getting that morning boost. loved having a work desk for when duty called. the location is stellar, right smack dab in the center of everything. And the staff? Friendly and helpful as can be! 😊

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the maze of surrounding streets and two underground stations. the nearby Lancaster Gate station was convenient, and there were nice restaurants in the area.
